Nursery Nesting Complete!!

I think it's safe to say that the nursery is FINALLY finished!!  :)  My wonderful mother-in-law helped me pull everything together last weekend while my sweetheart and T were camping (that will be another blog post).

This newly-turned nester is a happy girl!!

As many of you know, it's been a long process to get to this point, but now we have a new crib, (since the old crib was recalled), AND with the extra money returned to us from the 2nd recalled crib we had we were able to get a new matching dresser too!  I am so thankful that it all worked out for good!

It's also nice to have the changing table all ready for baby with sleepers, diapers, lotion, swaddling blankets, etc.!

My sweet sister-in-law, (who also has 3 little boys), sent a HUGE box FILLED TO THE BRIM with fall and winter clothes for our little one!  As I was able to find a spot for all the new tiny clothes, I realized just how few things I had that would have worked.  I am SO thankful for you and your generosity, Laura, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!  :)

This little guy is now set for fall and winter, for sure!!  :)

Another really wonderful gift that makes me smile is this beautiful Hawaiian quilt, (with the Hawaiian alphabet), that my dear mother-in-law had made just for our new sweet pea!  I LOVE it!!

And now, a few pics of this sweet pea...(I had to do self-portraits since my sweetheart-photographer is across the country this week.)

At my OB visit this week, I was measuring between 1 to 2 cent. dilated.  I've never been dilated before I've been induced, however, I know with each subsequent pregnancy things can happen differently.  I may walk around like this for weeks with no change or it could just be a great sign of things to come sooner than later (probably wishful thinking!).

It's amazing to think that we're a little less than 3 weeks away from being induced!!  I'm now feeling ready and excited to welcome him home!!

The room looks great! Seems so recently that I was watching sweet P sleep in there. ...Great bonus about getting the extra dresser with the recall. :)

Nursery looks good. How are you all doing with choosing a name - we still don't have one completely nailed down!

Thanks ya'll for your sweet comments!! :)

Amy, we still have not nailed the name down either!! Perhaps when we look at him we'll think he looks like a ________ (whatever that may be) and then have it!! It's kind of weird for me to not to have a name by this point...but with the 3rd, I guess things are moving more slowly with getting everything else in place too.

SO exciting! I absolutely loved the nesting part of being pregnant. Now that I am done, I thank you for sharing so that I can live out that joy through you! I am glad you were able to get all the things you need for him, it helps make a calm mommy-to-be. I will be anxiously awaiting the news when he is born!

BUT, do you have PEE-PEE TEE-PEEs???? Until you do, can you really be ready? Where can we find some? Where were those we had before?
Your loving mother...
