Boy, Oh BOY!
Our Little Prince is ONE!
Ever so carefully he holds his birthday cupcake...(made by a very special friend)
Stopping to smile after each little taste...
And LOVED every single bite!
This milestone is a bittersweet one...it's exciting to see who our baby boy is becoming and also a bit sad to see him growing so quickly before our eyes!
New words added this month include: "Pooh" for Winnie the Pooh, "Plap" for Clap, "Umm Umm" (wanting to eat)
He's still our smallest baby of the 3 boys. Last week when going in to the dr to check on an ear infection, he weighed in at 21 lbs 10 oz, (T and P were almost 30 lbs at 12 months).
There are so many things we adore about you! To start, your contagious, wide open smile has won our hearts and continually warms us with each smile. Your big, sky blue, smiling eyes captivate us.
To say that you are expressive is an understatement! Your hilariously silly expressions crack us up daily, (hourly, really!) I hope you never lose that carefree spunkiness!
There's no doubt that you were heaven sent at the perfect time to join our family. We can not praise the Lord enough for you and your life! God is SO good!
You are the apple of your brothers' eyes. The joy you bring to them as well is something that far exceeds all my dreams and expectations. They would do anything for you...especially if it brings you a smile! Your brothers brag about you to their friends and even strangers. The love they have for you is as deep as brotherhood runs.
This is indeed a special bond they have with you, I pray this fierce bond will grow for a lifetime.
You are your Daddy's precious pumpkin. He often comments that you are the perfect 3rd child and your sweet and laid back take on life has eased our transition to a family of 5. He LOVES starting every morning with your smiles and silly blinks to him across the table.
To your Mommy, you are an amazing dream come true and the source of GREAT joy each day.
You are SO loved.
May this next year of your life bring you as much joy as you've brought to us! We know God has amazing plans for you...
