Mid-Winter Break

Last week, (mid-winter break), provided a snippet of what summer will look like when 3 active boys home are home and school's out...I'll be honest, its was the good, bad and all.

Although the rain kept us indoors more than we all would have chosen, we did manage to have some great moments with fun art projects, play dates and re-creating the World Grand Prix on in our entry hall.

Lots of Motorcycle Play Time Can Bring Spontaneous "Boy Joy"!  :)

Watching From Window As Brothers Play Outside in the Rain

Step 1 -- Thinking About Climbing

Step 2 -- Climbing with Skillful Execution

Step 3 -- Climb Summited.  Now, Must. Turn. Light Switch On. (and "Off" at least 100 times. In a row.)

P's New Buddy

P then realized how dirty his new friend was and took it upon himself to find some water to bathe him...then...

"Mommy, he's sparkling clean!  NOW, he's ready to live with us, INSIDE!"

If Only These Rain Boots Could Talk...Oh, The Stories They'd Tell!  :)

We LOVED this sun break in the midst of pouring rain -- just knowing that someone close by us was probably seeing a rainbow!  :)  Happy Thought!
