This year is another first for us! We are SO excited to have special tree that almost spans to the rafters of our cathedral ceiling! As we quickly discovered, there's a bit of a learning curve to standing/securing a tree of this magnitude! Someone wisely advised us to decorate the top first 1/3 of the tree while still on the ground, before standing up the tree because it's beyond our ladder's reach...I'm happy to say that it worked perfectly!
Check out our Christmas tree leaning on our deck -- simply awaiting the final placement!
Needless to say, it was all hands on deck for getting this bad boy into the house!
Now for the decorating of the other 2/3rds of the tree!
The boys did a fantastic job and between their 3 heights, had great coverage on the tree! It's always a treat to sit back and take in the tree, lights and all our beloved ornaments.
