Our garden's flowers have gracefully transitioned from being sun kissed to lavishly coated (drenched!) in the dampness of rainfall.
For the last several days, our 2 youngest boys stand at the sliding door, grasping at their rain boots in one hand, jackets in the other. It's usually several moments of deciding if they'd like to endure the pounding rain or go back to building another Geo Track train set upstairs.
Today, the boys made the choice to venture out...to our surprise, we caught several sun breaks! What a lovely blessing.
I excitedly grabbed the camera as the clouds temporarily held the rain captive...Here are a few of my favorites from today:
