Out with the 2's and in with the 3's for Mr. P! :)
We had special birthday breakfast while my grandparents were still here visiting:
Then had a nice celebration with family and a dear neighbor friend and her kids:
When asked what he wanted for his birthday P quickly replied : "CAKE!"
We were more than happy to grant him that simple birthday wish! When asked what kind (either chocolate or vanilla) he replied: "Ice Cream". Seeing that he's never had ice cream cake before, he thought he was being very innovative! :)
And Ice Cream Cake he got!
And a few presents too! :)
When we went to the party store that morning to get a few balloons for his special occasion (and my grandpa is my witness) he immediately chose this "special" balloon over all the Thomas, Cars, Diego, etc.:
I guess P's spunky spirit is still going strong!! :)

Ah, so cute! I am sure he is going to live up the threes every bit as much as the twos. :) Enjoy every minute of it, for he will soon enough be four.
