Although I am sure that I had the most fun there, he and the boys were trying to convince me that they had more fun here. We'll just agree to disagree on this one! :)
I hopped on a plane and headed to the South to spend the weekend with some very dear friends. Everything from the quiet airplane ride, a beautiful lunch at a tea room, a girl's night out with church friends -- each conversation had with friends held so close to my heart, it was all refreshing and lovely.
These sweet ladies were in a mom's group with me 5 years ago when all 4 of our oldest boys were just born...now, 3 out of 4 of us are pregnant and due within 2 weeks of each other and the 4th gal just had her 3rd 2 weeks ago! Amazing friends!!
Sweet Shannon is one of my most favorite people in the whole world! What a blessing to be able to stay with her and her awesome family while visiting!

How can you beat camping with your two boys ... waking up at 2am with your 3 year old having thrown up all over his pillow and sleeping bag. We had way more fun. Case closed.

I miss you already! I need my roommate back! Things are just so much easier with 2 moms in the house. Maybe every household should be that way (ok...just kidding)! Thanks for coming all that way to spend time with us. Thank you to Chris for holding down the fort (and not the vomit) while you were gone. I hope you are adjusting well to being back in the middle of it all. I treasure our time together so much!
