Our First Graduate!

Tonight was T's graduation ceremony from Pre-K!

As the kids sat on stage in a row, the teachers called each name then said something thoughtful to describe each child.

When they got to T, his teacher said his name and then was moved to tears as she tried to describe him and had to pause for a moment...it's so sweet to know that he's got a very special place in her heart.  (Miss Wendy, his incredible teacher, wanted us to photoshop her tears out of this picture on top, but I think the sweetness would be lost if we did.)

Here's T with his other amazing teacher, Miss Kristen:

They commented that T came in so shy 2 years ago but the transformation has been like a butterfly, gradual and beautiful has he grew into a more confident little boy...

We have been SO blessed by this school and incredible staff and are thankful P will continue in his brother's footsteps next fall!

How fun. Chandler graduates tomorrow and I can hardly stand it. I know too well from experience that once they start kindergarten, life is just never quite the same. Not bad, just different. The years start flying by at a pace I never could have imagined! But, like T, he's so ready. Sigh. . .
