Bits of Freedom

There are times when my boys cause me to simply stop and smile.  Like, what I saw when glimpsing the monitor as I walked past it in our kitchen.

To replace the nap time, (see previous post), we're implementing "room time" for our toddler as we did with the other 2 boys.

To ready him, I put new toys in his room, went through and explained all the things he can do -- ALL BY HIMSELF.  :)

Instead of moving through the whole room like his brothers did, he brings all the toys to his bed to play instead.  Freedom is sometimes to much for him to take in all at once...(isn't that the truth for us all?!)

He has been so precious.  Although the quality in the picture is much lacking, it shows this precious boy's attempt to adapt to the new freedom:
