"Daddy Pancakes"

Several years ago, when T and P were pretty little, a Saturday morning tradition was born.  Lovingly named by P :  "Daddy Pancakes".   Helping Daddy make these yummy creations was easily THE highlight of the week for our little munchkins.

As the years have passed, the older boys' interest in assisting Daddy has gone by the wayside (sniff), but has created a very special spot at the counter for Little Prince to have one-on-one time in this process.

Today, on a very soggy morning with rain blowing sideways, S' chubby, dimpled little 3 year old fingers tightly gripped the bowl and created mickey mouse pancakes with apples and chocolate chips!  :)
