Living the Dream

From early on, when P was acquiring new words, before he was was even 2, one of his favorite words became "weed wacker".  It's always fun to see what the little ones latch on to and love, this was/is indeed his special word.

It totally makes his day when he can watch Daddy or Grandpa Jack weed wacking away in the yard.

So, when the boys got their H1N1 vaccines on Monday as a treat they got to go and pick out a new toy.  Before we even got to the store, P was telling everyone that he was going to get a weed wacker.  To our delight, there really was one at the store for kids to buy!  And, of course, we did!

It's so cute to watch him weed wacking around our house...as only a 2 year old can, just living the dream!  :)

What a cute story! He's very sweet.

How did that vaccine go? I've heard it can be/is through the nose...?

:) Thanks, sweet friends! So glad you like these ones!

Kristin, the vaccine was in shot form for both boys. Our 2 year old did not even know he had had it done and never shed a tear. Our 4 year old had a really hard time and cried a lot, (I think it was fear not pain though).
