Two new things to note this week...
I realized that our little one has had almost no time to touch his bear feet since he always has footed pj's or socks. So, I removed the pj's and socks and like magic, our little prince found his feet! He is very excited about it, (as only a 5 month old can be!).

Second new item, after almost 11 years with our kitchen table we decided to part with it and find one that seats more than 4. (Especially now that our family has 5 people.) Although I am incredibly excited about our new table, I have to say that it caught me off guard that this transition would feel bitter-sweet. Lots of meals and memories around this table. This table has lived with us in our 1st tiny apartment, our townhouse, our Georgia home and now back in the northwest.
Now, 3 kids later:
Our new table has 2 leaves and can easily seat 8
Now, it's time to make some new memories at this new table!

Thank you all for your sweet words! So glad ya'll like our new table. It's really growing on me the more we use it.
We've been able to entertain several times and have many faces all at one table! My favorite was last Friday when we had 7 kids, 5 and under all eating lunch together.
The bench is perfect with kids too. I would highly recommend it for families!
