Helmet Time

Ever dread a day so much on the calendar that you wish you could just skip it and be on to a different day instead?  Then you realize that being done with that day may be less painful than the anticipation!

Today is the dreaded day for our baby's helmet.

Here we are awaiting the helmet.  Before:

He is so cute it wouldn't matter if you put on a pointy gnome helmet. His little face just shines through. He's a doll no matter what! Got my fancy "socks" today and I'm feeling better already. Thanks for all your pep talking!

:) You are so sweet, Rachel, thank you for your wonderful words!

YAY for fancy stockings!! :) It will be a love-hate relationship, especially in the summer! Praying for you, sweet girl!

Thank you, big brother, T! That was so sweet of you to type kind words to your baby brother all by yourself (with a teeny help with spelling from Grandpa)! You're getting so big! That will mean a lot to him when he's older...I'm so proud of you! :)

JA- He looks great! And no tears. How did the first night sleeping in it go? He looks like a little football player. I love the chi pet hair too! Way to be brave for him!

He is SO cute and VERY precious! I think doctor's are right about this type of situation being harder on parents. Love your blog! Keeps us connected. Hugs to all.
