Baby is Back...Almost

Thank you for your prayers and support for sweet little S this week.  It's been a LONG week with him being so sick but I think it's safe to say that he seems to past the worst.  Praise the Lord!

His fever has finally broken!  His coughing and wheezing now come in spurts instead of every breath in and out.  He is still not nursing well but is keeping everything down that he does eat.

Last Sunday he weighed in at 15 pounds 4 oz (he's gained 7 pounds in first 11 weeks after birth) so we're not too worried about a little weight loss, just dehydration.

I can't wait to see his continually effortless smiles that warm my heart, but knowing him, they will return soon...

Until then, I continue to look at pictures taken a few days before he came down with this.
