Celebrating 2 Years!

Today marks the 2nd anniversary of my entry into the blogging world!

My mom always taught me that it's important in life to take moments to celebrate the joys in life -- big and small...so, right now, I shall celebrate this 2 year milestone!

What began as a simple quest to write a comment on my friend Rachel's blog, when her grandmother passed away, turned into one of my most fulfilling hobbies to date.

I attempted to comment and let her know I was thinking about her and praying for her, but could not figure out how to do it without having a valid account...so, in a rush I quickly picked out a blog name -- and the rest is history!  (Come to think of it, I don't know if I ever did get back to commenting on her blog!  Sorry, Rachel!!)

After 325 posts, I still get excited every time I log in and begin to type.  What a blessing this outlet has been for me in some of my greatest days on my journey as a wife, mother and child of God over the past 2 years.  Though not as enjoyable, I have been glad to have shared some of my hardest moments.

Thank you for pulling up a chair and sitting along side me as I ride the roller coaster of life.  I can not begin to express how all the love, encouragement and support I have received from this process have deeply touched my heart strings...what a blessing to be able to share my life in this way!

Thank you.

I look forward to many more posts along this journey of mine...

I agree with Angei! In the short time I have been on this blog I have been ministered to and humbled by your words of love, hope, frustration, sadness and honesty! It is amazing to see the heart of God work threw it all! Thank you for sharing your roller coaster with us, your blog is such a blessing!

You have a beautiful, inspiring, Christ-honoring blog. I'll never forget the day that I quite spontaneously created my blog... I was so excited about it I had a hard time sleeping that night! Blogging, for me, has opened such a door for learning, creative expression and exploration, as well as a catalyst to ever notice and enjoy the beautiful blessings around me -- the fingerprints of the Father.
