Hey - Who turned out the lights...? We have a madness going on here....!!What were we thinking....??? The day started early, runs to the airport, breakfast, fort building, train construction, balloons going around on the track with the train, no nap for Mr. T, oh.... Kathy runs to the store leaving me with a Mr. P - poopy... Mr T. told me I had to check it, I said, Hey...put your nose down there and you check it...I know what I smell....oh boy....oh..Mr. P...up the stairs...that shy look...hesitation..a little hide and seek and the next thing we were up the stairs and all "fixed" up... whew.. Kathy returns just as lunch was being served... a little fun with the soup, lots of berries and crackers and cheese and were off to nap time....all but Mr. T that is.. The late afternoon had a good walk to Yellow Lake and feeding the ducks.. and a return for some yard time on the John Deere - supper and more train time and a little Madagascar and Kathy had them off for bath time while I did the dishes...whew..8pm and they are down for the count. It was a fun day....we really all had a great time, it's easier with two people even at 30 plus years... C & JA are at Paradise Burger tonight walking around Lahania...oh am I jealous.. But they have worked hard and deserve a good break, the best of parents and two little guys that have hearts as big as Mom and Dad.... Stay tuned for Day Two..
~ In every season, Life's Garden provides blessings. Along our journey, we are given breathtaking glimpses of heaven, we often just have pause long enough to recognize these glimpses for what they truly are. Welcome to my attempt to bloom where I've been planted -- among the sweet blossoms and tangled thorns. I invite you to come look and see how God lovingly makes roses to bloom.~
