Comfort

We all find comfort in different things, this very fact was confirmed to me yesterday. Among the comforts I treasure are: sweet sips of a chocolate mocha on a frosty winter morning, putting on my soft and comfy pj's after a long day, curling up with a good book on our reading chair next to the warm fire (although more of a dream than reality), and a long walk with my husband on a warm spring evening.

However, there is one single thing that can bring such comfort and joy to my husband...owning an RV. Oh yes! And should you think I am joking I am going to attach some pics of our trip to the RV show on Saturday (all that's missing is the ever-so-cheesy elevator music that was playing). Apparently our oldest son also takes after his father in sharing this "special" love.

We had the opportunity of going inside MANY different styles in order to find one that he could call "home away from home". This is still a dream and not close to a reality yet (thankfully)...but I am preparing myself for the addition of what someday could be considered by my husband to be like another member of the family.

So, there you have it! We each have things that really make us light up and make us feel right at home (for some of us that "home" just happens to have wheels attached to it). :) Oh BOY!

P.S. Sadly, the only pics are of Mr. T since my husband was off talking to the salesmen every time I got the camera out.

OOooo, I think an RV sounds exciting! My dream is to have A work via computer, and homeschool the kids, and take a one year RV trip cross-country. Oh, how exciting! My brother and A's dad both bought RVs this year. We plan to capitalize on their investments (mooch) as much as possible! :) But I will say, your comfort items still sound more like mine. What beats flannel pj pants and mocha frappacinos? Oh and walks at sunset? And warm fires? Love them all.
